Mark spent nearly 30 years at Nissan North America, where he designed and led the Nissan Certified Collision Repair Network, one of the programs that defined OEM certification. Today he’s leading Assurity’s work to build the future of collision repair for an information age. That means connecting drivers, qualified repair centers, and automakers so every vehicle is repaired the right way, built on the certification standards he helped create.

The Assurity Smart Locator
Drivers use it at CollisionRepairLocator.com to find a collision center after a crash, request an appointment, and get an Instant Estimator damage assessment from photos. It launched in July 2026 and lists 4,300+ collision centers in 2,100+ cities across all 50 states.
Collision centers that join the Assurity Collision Alliance are Certified Repair Providers. Their gold listing says Independently Validated, drivers see it on every search, and each one has its own Spotlight Page.
