How do I contact Assurity Certified Solutions?

Call (865) 427-3904 and Nathan or Sabinne will pick up. You can also email info@assuritycertified.com or use the form on this page. We usually reply to messages within one business day.

Why is my collision center on CollisionRepairLocator.com?

We list collision centers that meet the locator's criteria so drivers can find a repair near them. Those listings show as Pre-Qualified. You didn't sign up for anything, and you don't owe anything. Pre-Qualified listings are free while the locator grows in your area. Once enough Certified Repair Providers serve an area, Pre-Qualified listings there come off the locator.

How do I get my listing removed?

Email info@assuritycertified.com with the subject "Locator listing removal request" and we'll take it down.

Can you set up my account over the phone?

Yes. Call (865) 427-3904. We'll set up your account on the call and email you an invoice with a pay link the same day.

How does my collision center join the Assurity Collision Alliance?

Click Become a Certified Repair Provider and pay by card, or call us and we'll do it with you. After you join, Nathan or Sabinne calls to help you finish setup and build your Spotlight Page.
