It also covers the Instant Estimator, the consumer marketing Assurity runs for the network, and the portal where your team manages appointments, users, and billing.
How does the Instant Estimator work?
A driver picks your collision center on the Smart Locator, uploads photos of the damage, and receives a damage assessment built on genuine OEM parts and labor in about a minute. One tap turns that estimate into an appointment request with your collision center, with the photos, vehicle, and contact details already attached.
Are there setup fees or hidden costs?
No. One flat yearly price covers the Qualifications Review and everything listed here. There are no setup fees.
Do I need OEM certifications before I join?
No. Every member has to meet the Assurity qualifications, though, and the Qualifications Review is the same whether you hold five manufacturer certifications or none. If you have already invested in certifications, tools, and training, you will likely clear it without changing a thing, and that investment finally gets in front of drivers.
What happens after I apply?
You complete the Qualifications Review, a guided assessment that documents the 4Ms (your people, procedures, materials, and equipment) with photo verification. The Assurity team reviews your submission, and once approved your collision center goes live on the Smart Locator and your Spotlight Page.
